Counter & small retail
Place the tag by the register. To get high‑speed access, the customer walks up and taps — creating a face‑to‑face moment that's perfect for an impulse upsell (a coffee, a pastry, a counter product).
Restaurants & cafés
One tag per table (a resin sticker or on the menu). Guests connect instantly; set a session time (e.g. 90 min) and access expires natively in the controller — so people outside the venue don't keep leeching your Wi‑Fi.
Hotels & hospitality
Stick the tag on the keycard envelope or the keychain. If a guest keeps or loses it, the replacement cost is minimal; if they return it, reuse it. To connect a laptop in the room, the guest's already‑connected phone enables that connection in seconds.

Tagnect lets the venue owner apply their own credential and session policies for each programmed tag; traffic‑control capabilities (bandwidth, quota, VLAN and isolation) depend on the capabilities of the venue's router.

An app that writes tags from a credential issued by the Master Manager console
Using a credential issued by the Master Manager, a secondary‑management app (Tagnect Manager, available on the App Store and Google Play) writes tags from the credential tables available in the Master Manager's cloud area and issues OTPs to connect devices without NFC readers.
Groups & profiles
Organize access into groups of tags — Guests, Staff, VIP — and set each group's rules (according to the capabilities of the available router): session time, device limits and traffic controls.
NTags
Register, name and retire NTags, and assign each one to a group. A returned tag is reused with no re‑registration.
Secondary managers
Invite staff as Secondary Managers with scoped roles — let them onboard guests or run one group without handing over full control.
OTP access
Issue one‑time passwords for devices without NFC — laptops, smart TVs, consoles. An OTP inherits its group's rules and can be tied to a single device.
